Theme: Innovation Toward Education: Shaping the Future of Learning
We welcome submissions from academics, researchers, practitioners, and graduate students related to the field of education. All submissions will go through a preliminary selection process based on abstract review.
Before Submission
Authors must prepare an abstract (max. 300 words) summarizing the background, objective, method, and expected results of their research. The abstract must be written in English and submitted through the official conference submission platform by the announced deadline. Authors may only submit original work that has not been published or is not under review elsewhere.
Preliminary Assessment
All submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the scientific committee to determine relevance to the conference theme, clarity, and academic merit. Accepted abstracts will be notified via email and invited to proceed with registration and payment. Only authors who have completed payment will be eligible to submit their full paper and be included in the conference program.
The Manuscript Structure (for Full Paper)
Authors whose abstracts have been accepted and who have completed registration are required to submit a full paper using the following standardized structure. Each section must be written in clear academic English and follow APA 7th edition citation style.
Title,
Provide a concise and informative title (maximum 15 words) that clearly reflects the content and scope of the paper. Avoid abbreviations and vague terms.
Abstract (200-300 words)
The abstract should briefly summarize the background, purpose, methodology, main findings, and significance of the study. It should be written as a single paragraph without citations. Ensure that the abstract gives a clear overview of your work to help reviewers and readers understand its relevance.
Keywords (3–5)
List 3 to 5 keywords or phrases that represent the core topics of your paper. These keywords help with indexing and searchability, so choose terms that are specific and widely used in educational research.
Introduction
Introduce the topic of your research, provide background context, and identify the research gap. Clearly state the research questions or objectives. Explain why the study is important and how it contributes to the field of education.
Literature Review
Summarize relevant previous studies, theories, or frameworks that inform your research. Highlight key findings and identify gaps in the existing literature that your study aims to address. Ensure proper citation using APA 7th edition style.
Methodology
Describe the research design, participants, data collection methods, instruments, and procedures used in your study. If applicable, include ethical considerations. This section should be detailed enough for the study to be replicable.
Results and Discussion
Present the findings of your research clearly and logically, using tables or figures where necessary. Follow this with a discussion that interprets the results in light of your research questions and existing literature. Address possible implications, challenges, or unexpected outcomes.
Conclusion
Summarize the key insights of your study, reflect on its contributions, and suggest recommendations for practice, policy, or future research. Avoid introducing new data or arguments in this section.
References
Provide a complete list of all sources cited in your paper, following APA 7th edition format. Make sure in-text citations match the reference list, and that the list is alphabetically ordered and properly formatted. Manuscripts must be written in English, between 4,000–6,000 words, and properly edited for grammar and clarity. All submissions will be peer-reviewed for content quality and alignment with academic standards.

Our international education conference offers three types of participation with fixed registration fees:
1. On-site Presenter
Attend the conference in person and present your paper at the venue. Includes full access to sessions, seminar kits, printed certificates, meals, and networking.
Fee: IDR 500000
2. Virtual Presenter
Present your paper remotely via an online platform. Includes access to online sessions, presentation slot, and e-certificate.
Fee: IDR 200000
Please keep in mind that the payment will only be required after receiving the notification of acceptance for the abstract.
After the conference, selected articles may be considered for publication in our prestigious journal. Please note that there will be separate fees for publication in the journal or conference proceedings, such as:
